This was my first experience renting a storage unit and Russ was great to work with! He was very thorough in explaining everything, answered my questions, and took the extra time to show me the unit. I definitely recommend this location!
The people here are super helpful— I am very forgetful of my pin code for my lock and they had to help me cut it off two times now. Very thankful for their help!
Russ was a huge help, I had opened our door on the unit too far up & it hopped the track & I wasn’t able to get it fixed on my own. But a quick call to the front office & Russ got down to our storage unit & was able to fix the issue in no time so I could continue moving items. The door worked flawlessly from that point on all day & we made at least 5-6 trips throughout the day
Customer service was amazing. They were so helpful and kind. The storage units were clean and well maintained. I had no issues with switching over to a larger unit the same day when I realized I needed more space. The prices were also very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.
I checked in at the office with Bob, who was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He proceeded to give me the information I needed, as well as directions to my storage unit. Upon arrival at the storage unit, everything was absolutely spotless and ready for move in.
