My experience with Christina in helping me get my accounts sorted out was perfect. She understands what customer service is all about, and was very patient with me! She actually called me back as promised, and that alone is impressive in this day and age!
Price was good!! Easy to sign up and all information is given once paid. They called a few hours later to check on how my process went.. love that they have carts and elevators

Extra Space Storage is a clean and very well-taken care of facility, but even more than that, the staff at the Oak Street location are wonderful. Kristina in particular has been extremely helpful and kind. We recently went through a family tragedy, and she helped me, and my family navigate paperwork and other processes with a lot of patience and grace. I can't thank her enough.
