I have been a long-time tenant at the Hialeah location (over a decade) and I am very pleased with the facility and its staff. I would like to highlight and praise Angel and Nelson for the professionalism and courtesy they have exhibited while providing excellent customer service. The facility is safe, clean and well-maintained - highly recommend it.
First impressions are everything and they stay in your mind for 20 years. In the same way this place and Alex made a difference when comes to speed and outstanding customer service. Cleaness is right on point and with a secure access for your stored things. Hands down a great company with excellent facilities and state of the art customer service.
Edgar the manager on duty was very friendly and helpful. He helped us choose the best storage room for our needs at an affordable price. We’re happy we chose extra storage due to the excellent customer service that we received from Edgar.
I love Extra Space. It’s always clean, there’s always surveillance and Angel the manager of this particular one always takes care of any needs you may have. I’ve been a loyal customer of two spots for over 6 years.
I love this place! The manager was so polite, explained me everything carefully, the storage staff is very attentive, the storage prices are very good. I highly recommend this place. I am so happy!
