The guys at Extra Space Storage were really helpful in helping figure out what unit would suit me. Ben was spot on about the size I needed. Jim helped us also with deciding on climate control or no climate control units. I can’t say enough about how helpful and personable they are. Paying for storage can be stressful. They helped to make it doable.

They are always willing to work with you on your payments . As well as helping you get a storage that suits you. Today I called to make a payment of 300 something because I was a little late paying. Jim def made my Friday when he told me he could wave the late fee charge due to a one time waiver out of 12 months👍😃🙂 I was super happy when I heard that ☺️🙂 Thank you Extra Space Storage 🙂🙂😃😃👍

The guys at Extra Space are great. During the big rain Ben called to give a status update of the lactation. Also when I had to return some boxes and packing materials without a receipt, Ben went into action and found my transactions so I was able to receive my credit back. Ben and Ron are great and I cannot recommend Extra Space Storage on Edge Mills enough
