Fast! We called in the afternoon, and by 5pm, we were in a space. Everyone we talked to was really responsive, from the guy at the call center, to Luis on site. He even switched us to another space to make sure our stuff would fit. Perfect!
Great customer service! I had rented a unit that had some issues and items that unfortunately was destroyed due to not being an a controlled atmosphere. I needed to move to a climate controlled unit. They were able to help me get a new unit with plenty of time to transfer my items.
I'm so glad I selected Extra Space Storage to store my mother's belongings while we're preparing for her next move. From meeting with the site representative to accessing the storage unit, everything ran so smoothly. Brandy was very helpful in explaining policies and what to do if any concerns arise. I would highly recommend ESS to anyone needing storage of any size.

Extra space storage has been awesome...I actually have 2 outside parking spaces for my extra large camper and my boat. Service is amazing and wouldn't consider anywhere else for my storage needs
