The first time I went to the Franklin location it was great. The second time I went they went above and beyond to help me find the right storage unit. The blonde women that helped me both times I went is always attentive to what you need. She's knowledgeable about the best prices and how much room you're going to occupy. I never seem to get her name, but she's hard to miss since she's very unique. I came here again and wasn't disappointed; they care about the customers here.

The ladies in the office took care of me from beginning to the end and helped me every step of the way. They knew this was my first time doing a storage auction thing. I have my stuff at extra space storage Franklin and the facility is very clean and excellent staff. Tina and Wendellyn are awesome. They will take care of you with first class service!!

The Team at Extra Space Storage is amazing. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Their facility is clean and well managed. They don’t try to sell you or put you into something you don’t need. I placed a reservation online in the evening, and by morning they had called to confirm and follow up. It was a pleasure to work with them. Thank you for making this transition easy.
