It was super easy to get things set up online and get the digital access. It's required to get insurance so not as cheap as it originally appears but my 5x5 was clean and access is easy. Also I like these places where someone is on site most of the time so I can ask a human a question when needed. I may amend/add on once my promo price ends, but for what I'm getting I've been happy so far.

They answered all my questions with patience and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both genuine and efficient, but they truly went above and beyond. I left feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend this location—especially because of the excellent service at the front desk!
We’ve had this storage unit for 3 years and I personally LOVE extra space storage, we’ve had multiple units in multiple locations over the years but Maggie the manager of the Stetson Hills Blvd location is AMAZING! She went over and above to help us navigate a very tricky logistical move with travelling in from Florida & arranging Pods pick ups! Absolutely top notch experience here!
