I've done some storage renting in my time, and it's sad to say many times the service was not to Good. HOWEVER....I must say that there employee Jose was truly amazing when it came to customer service. He was out to help me save and feel comfortable keeping my belongings there. He gave me a tour and assured me that everything would be kept safe and sound. I felt really comfortable and welcomed by Jose. If only more places had customer service and just shown some kindness as Jose did, life would only be so much easier! ...Ā read more

At the Norwood street site was so extremely helpful iknew nothing about storage units and he told me exactly what I needed to know he sold me on the unit immediately he has a great vibe very professional an so nice would definitely recommend extra storage space!! Extra space is clean, friendly service and price does go up, if you stay there too long. Other than it's clean opens early so your able to start you day if need be. Ā
