RecommendedVery nice office staff. The girl with the StarWars tattoo was very helpful and polite the whole time. She should be promoted. Even when we needed to get a bigger unit, she was the most easy going lady ever.

I signed and paid, was told they would take their lock off. I returned later after the office closed to put 7 tubs of Halloween decorations in it, their lock was still on, called every number I found, no luck talking to anyone. I went home, unloaded my truck, can't leave them out over night. Reloaded them today to try again, did not want to waste a trip checking if the lock was off, so I brought my stuff again, their lock is still on, had to unload it a second time. Brent Fleming at the Extra Space storage in Euless, Texas on Midcities Rd called the police on a tenant who had a unit there for no reason at all. Me and another mover was there to help her move. She was a black customer. and we are black movers there to help her move. Brent was upset because she told him he was being rude after he had her waiting in the hot sun 20 minutes.
