I have rented several storage unit in the past. Renting from Extra Space has been a positive experience. The rental process was quick and easy (I called the number provided). The facilities are excellent, clean and having a Dolly provided is nice. The covered parking/loading and entrance will be appreciated if there’s rain or blazing sun/heat!
Extra Space Storage has provided me a clean, secure, temperature controlled storage space for my belongings for over a year. The manager at the Boston Lane location, Derek, has been very responsive and helpful with any issues I had. He is very customer service oriented. The facility is secure but always available and access is easy to manage. They provide trolleys for moving heavy items. Great storage facility.
Our Company offices are right across the street from Easy Storage. I couldn't be happier with the service I have been given.
