The place was very clean, nice smelling, and professional looking. there were easy to read signs everywhere so navigation was simple and straightforward. It's my first time renting a storage unit so I had a million and one questions and Michael was able to answer every one of them and put my mind at ease. Their insurance is really good, too - I went and checked and my own renters insurance DID have a deductable, so having theirs as an additional safety blanket makes me feel safe leaving my stuff with them.
