When one pays for a "CLIMATE CONTROLLED" unit inside the building, you should not have to sweat your "katungas" off while working; because the a/c is not working! Where is the CREDIT, corporate GURUS?????? The units are convenient and reasonable until you need to extend, then it is too expensive for this economy.
