George was great! I was there on Friday after Thanksgiving and needed more space for my stuff. He was able to find a unit that was perfect at a reasonable price. The units are always clean and the staff is easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

The woman working in the off at 6445 FLORIDA AVE S, LAKELAND, FL, 33813 was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to help me even tho I was on the unit also. After arguing with her she finally call her manager and was told that yes I was able to access the unit. She then started making rude comments to me the whole time. The unit had water damage the back and alot of stuff was ruined. She informed me that happens and there was nothing she would do.
Super easy to get access to my unit and the staff was very friendly!
