As a loyal tenant forced to use storage due to divorce. I chose extra space storage because they lure you in at a cheap rate then every six months they raise your rent to the point I can’t afford it anymore. But the main problem is the rat infestation they have little to no effort has been made to resolve this all my belongings smell like rat urine and feces and half of my stuff was eaten up. They said I should have had insurance but I should not have to insure it due to there rat problem. I would not recommend this storage ... read more
