I have been a loyal and on-time paying customer for over 2 years now. I have a 5'x15' drive up access outdoor storage unit here. When I signed my contract I was paying $133 after insurance. In july they raised the ratre to $233 citing "Supplyand Demand." I asked the fair market value and they told me $195. So I asked why that wasn't my bill? Reluctantly, they sent an email to "managment" for an override and that's my current bill. No one can explain to me why the same unit is on "web special" for $88 a month. So much ... read more
