Superb customer experience - thank you, Paul!! I got a phone call this morning from Paul (Extra Space Storage/Dedham, MA) to let me know I'd left a box of important and confidential files on the loading dock. I couldn't believe I'd done such a thing... He'd found the box, found my name on a file, found my contact info in his customer data system, and called to let me know what he'd found and that he put the items in a secure space until I could get there. Went to see about storage for my mother , Latasha greeted me at the door, she was very informative and helpful. The place look very clean and was well lit. I will be haveing my mother do her rental here when the time comes.

My mother rents at this location , the staff are very helpful and kind. Latasha helped me out when i was having a bad day just by lending me her ear and listen to me vent about my day then helping me find my moms unit . She often helps my mother when she come there alone . Latasha and Paul do a great job with customer service.

my sis ter rented yesterday online, The call back time was quick, she was able to move her items in the same day . I met with Latasha who gave us a tour around the facility and show us how to access our unit . she was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions regarding the safty of the building . I was very happy that we picked this location to rent at .
