The area is always being up kept and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful! Access is secure and up to date, Both in gate and camera coverage. Feels safe and secure! I would absolutely recommend this facility!
The employees were fabulous... I moved from outta state and they fully accommodated me over the phone and when I finally got to the storage facility they were even nicer in person... Ronnie was fabulous... And the manager was very helpful and sweet! Thanks for making this move a bit smoother we appreciate it!!!
Sharon is the most caring person I've ever met. She will go the Extra mile to care for her customers. Couldn't ask for a better place to rent from.
In 2021 we rented a unit for 219$ with tax on 5/2021 The rent keeps going up. Now, 01/2024 the rent is going to 303$ with tax. However, the rent never goes down with the rest of the same size units available. ONLY if a renter catches the rent increase and complains will they consider lowering the rent. The last rent increase, i caught and complained. However, they refused to lower. Should be illegal to automatically raise rent and not automatically lower. I rented a small 5x10 storage unit to store extra furniture and household goods. Extra Space was a great choice for me. The customer service was amazing from Deidra and Sharon! They provided me with great information and speedy service! Definitely worthwhile!
