This facility is clean, spacious and easy to access. Moving can be so stressful and this part was just easy. I was able to do almost all the set up online, and if I had a question, the staff was just a quick and polite phone call away. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Maginnis And Alicia were really helpful in helping me during a move using their storage. They showed a lot of empathy when I had issues with some criminal movers. Their customer service was top notch. They made a very stressful situation manageable. Plus I’ve never seen a storage place that clean in Philly. I’ll absolutely come back here if I need to store again and wouldn’t mind the drive. I highly recommend
Alicia at Extra Space on Washington ave was fantastic! She helped us with all our questions and was extremely friendly. We enjoyed our conversation with her while we waited for the movers to move our stuff. Overall, great, clean facilities with friendly staff.
