I'll be needing to rent a storage unit in a few months, so I decided to check out some local facilities. I stopped here today and was warmly greeted by Beth. I immediately felt not only welcomed, but very comfortable. She went over everything I'd need to know when the time comes to store by items and answered all of the questions I had. I am SO glad I decided to rent a storage space here! I am currently at Public Storage located at 6840 Santa Monica Blvd. and the hours of that location suck! I can only access my unit on the weekends because I work during the week and it shouldn't be that way for storage. They are also more expensive. Susie was fantastic! She set me up in a storage unit just the right size for some of my belongings, was personable and super helpful. The hours at this location are also amazing. Despite the obviously self-service nature of "self-"storage facilities, they still need knowledgeable, helpful people to sell spaces, single-handedly interact with often stressed out customers, provide solutions for all kinds of people and property, logistics and business/financial issues, and many such places are woefully under-or-poorly-staffed. Was very convenient and quick service. I checked out other places before deciding here. This is the best storage place around- im not just saying this either- it really is the best storage place around here.

If I could give Susie a 6 star rating, I would definitely do it with no hesitation. I'm in the process of moving and I needed some extra space. I came to this location and Susie made my moving process seamless. She took the time to get to know my needs and went above and beyond. Her customer service is impeccable. She treats you like a friend and not just like a customer. If you're in the market for extra space, check out this place. But most importantly, ask for Susie. She is the best.

This storage facility is the best! Susie and Beth are so thoughtful, responsive, helpful (and patient!) especially during COVID. A great place to store all your stuff. My highest recommendation.

I had to get emergency storage because our original plans fell through due to people getting COVID. Suzie not only sorted me out with a brilliant space, she also made sure everything was ready for me to just bring in right away. It's great to have people that do their jobs with pride.

I run a non-profit, and have been storing all of our assets at Extra Space Storage on Santa Monica Blvd & Van Ness. They have been absolutely the best... especially during these trying times dealing with Covid-19. Susie & Beth have especially been very attentive and ar consummate professionals with all our business. I highly recommend this location and their brilliant staff. Thank you!
