Spencer. .(I'm hoping it was the guy that helped me. Was amazing . He was a African American guy. He helped me with everything.. honestly they alll whether by phone or in person they was all wonderful and helpful. Ready to answer any questions. Let you know step by step so you wont have any surprises. Managment did very good with the staff at the bruckner location
