This is a great facility. I use the inside climate controlled unit. Greg, the manager is friendly and helpful during the rental experience and after. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage!

there recently and I was really pissed off because I was given the wrong information by the gentleman, who I found out later completely lied. She handled the situation with class, quick with a two edge sword and provided me with an discount. To it may concern: I will never do business with Extra Space Storage at 5151 Annistown location because of the new manager name Patrice M. Whom I most recent discovered is a true KAREN personified.
