We have been using Extra Space for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. Yesterday when we went in Jessica was amazing at helping us get some credit card issues resolved. Such excellent service I went in today and paid a full year for my units. Top rate customer service. Keep it up Jessica!
Jessica is amazing! Every once in a while you get really incredible customer service. She was so great to me that I became friends with her during my storage term at this facility. Great human with a huge heart who really cares about people and doing the right thing even when nobody is looking. Extra Space is so lucky to have her on their team. I appreciate everything she did for me when I was going through a really bad time in life. Thank you Jessica!
Facility is good. Cost good. Manager Jessica helpful. But they need more carts to transport belongings. Carts are cheap. They should have lots. Carrying individual boxes is wrong on many levels.
I am new to Austin and placing my belongings into storage was a bit stressful, but when I arrived to check on our household items, I was met with expert service from an employee named Jessica! Thank you, Jessica, for showing me how to get to my unit, for teaching me how to use the key system, and for helping me troubleshoot a small issue with the door. You were amazing!
I was just notified that my unit cost is more than doubling after only being there since January. When I called to ask why I was told that because my unit was rented as month-to-month I was subject to market rate changes. Very frustrated especially since I just moved in. I offered to pay for a year in advance to lock in my rate or the promo rate they had on the site now and they shot that down. Trying to decide if I want to stay.
