The Extra Space Storage at 2240 S Xapary Way, Aurora, CO, is highly recommended. It is clean, well lit, climate controlled, and person helping me (I can't remember her name - I think it was Richellann) was fantastic. She made my day.
Sign up was easy and convenient right from my phone at home. Everything was done in about 20 minutes. I actually called the district or 1800 office. I ended up having to cut the call short before I started the process. About 45 minutes later Andrew calls me direct from the location I was interested in to start over. I have stored my belongings here for a few years and have had a good experience. my dealings w Richellann (asst mgr) were amazing.. both when I dealt w a potential hefty price increase as well as when I began the process recently on vacating my unit.

We definitely recommend this location. The staff especially Andrew, the manager, are very friendly and very helpful. We’ve moved to different sized units multiple times and they’ve made it a breeze. Facility itself also very clean with carts always accessible.
