The rep that I met with was very pleasant and professional. The facility is VERY clean, and security is definitely top-notch. One downside, I was taken back by the "insurance, lock, and administration fees" that they don't tell you about online that you HAVE to pay for. I received a pretty good rate online, but with those additions - ended up being more expensive than I planned for.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience! These guys really know what they are doing and how to make sure you have everything you need when storing your items! Would recommend to any and everyone.
I can't speak highly enough of this facility. Mike and everyone I've encountered there are professional and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for storage!
The management of this facility is absolutely superb! They made the entire process of picking out a unit to getting everything set up very simple fast and easy! I've been very happy with the facility and management.
So far things have been going very well! I needed a climate controlled storage place for my job and someone I could put my trust in to store away my shipments. Mike has been awesome and I have no doubt I chose the right place!
The staff is simply amazing. So helpful and kind. I got the deal going on now with the first month free, I also got the free truck to move my stuff out of my apartment. One of the staff members helped back the truck in for us. The storage unit is secure, very clean and climate controlled. The prices are reasonable. If you live in south end/ Uptown and need a storage unit, this is the one for you!
Great staff - very helpful and friendly. Suggest that ESS consider getting one cart with rails for things like boards or mattresses. We were able to use their truck to move a many items including large pieces that we could not have managed with our car. Overall a fine facility that we are very content with.
Wonderful experience. Mike was a tremendous help. The value was exceptional given the facility was just a few minutes from Southend, brand new, well-kept, and with friendly and helpful staff. We got a great deal, and were in and out in 20 minutes. Mike took his time with us, clearly explained our options, and helped us find the right storage unit for our needs. We are so glad we found Extra Space!
Very pleased! The facility is brand new and very clean. The employees are very professional and helpful. Michael assisted me with my initial lease of a unit, and he placed me near the loading dock for convenience. The office hours are convenient, and the gate hours are great! Very please and would highly recommend.
