The Hammocks location is spotless. I booked online and didn't need to have contact with the representatives. I did however have some questions and the rep was very professional. He kept a safe distance and made sure everything was perfect. I didn't expect my storage room to be so clean. This location is all indoors which makes it so that your items stay nice an cool. I've used other "climate controlled" storage facilities where the storage is not 100% indoors. Although I never found my items to be hot to the touch, it smelle... read more

The best storage experience ! Gerardo provides a Superb customer service experience, very helpful, took the time to explain and show me various options, units are very clean, flexible Hours to access the units but at the same time very secured. Great experience!!!
