Life Storage on 1625 S Ashland in Chicago IL is such a clean and updated facility. The Manager Tyesha is 100% awesome. She cleans that location spotless and always has a smile on her face. Explained everything in detail and helps you understand. I highly recommend this location.

We had a great service which made us to rent onsite on first visit. Ms. Mara and Ms. Mardi made it pleasurable to deal with them and offered best service with a smile. Mara explained all the details and the information need to know. She's such a wonderful employee to deal with. She told us the difference between Life Storage and others. Finally convinced us to rent a storage with pleasure. She's very helpful and kind professional person.

Just got a 10x20 storage unit in Tampa FL Life Storage location. Friendly staff, good tips, nice supply of everything you need-boxes, bubble wrap, etc. Only met Jesus so far and he seemed great, so far so good!

Christine at the Antelope,CA location was extremely helpful! The facility is clean and well maintained. They have great hours and the security at this place seams to be great. I can tell Christine enjoys her job, she had answers to all my questions and knew what was going on at this facility. She shows that she cares about the customers too. She called them by their name, that’s important to us. I would highly recommend this place.

***** ****** and her boyfriend are liars. I have video and audio proving this. I was vandalized and it was an inside job. I will be filing a civil suit. Years from now, this will never end, they think this will go away, but it would never go away. They anre all liars in thieves.!!!

"CORPORATE" CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE AS ALL GET OUT AND RATE HIKING MY UNIT $100 AFTER ONLY 4 MONTHS OF SERVICE. BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS FOR YEARS ON OTHER UNITS. FIRST GUY HANGS ON ME MOMENTS INTO THE CALL. CALL BACK AND GET DEAD AIR. CALL A THIRD TIME AND GET "******", VERY ENTITLED, TALK OVER YOU THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION AND JUST PLAIN RUDE. Terrible business practices the lady ********* **** up in out face stop answering the phone and to top it off did not issue a refund upon us leaving after two days the walls are coming apart it is not climate controlled what so ever Rat droppings everywhere inside the units as well cockroaches. And then stated she cannot give me a refund because she we move into the wrong units if you want the best upkeep for your items do NOT rent from this Extra Space Storage 6800 military trail just go to *********

I am filing this complaint against Extra Space Storage regarding an extremely unprofessional interaction with an employee named ***** at the ***********, ********** location at ************************************ the office with a simple question regarding my lease agreement and the late-fee policy. I was informed that a late fee could only be waived once during the duration of my tenancy.
