Christine at the Antelope,CA location was extremely helpful! The facility is clean and well maintained. They have great hours and the security at this place seams to be great. I can tell Christine enjoys her job, she had answers to all my questions and knew what was going on at this facility. She shows that she cares about the customers too. She called them by their name, that’s important to us. I would highly recommend this place.
Reported multiple cases of mouse infestation. Management says they have no control over the issue and cannot help me. Im a nurse with young children. I understand basic hygiene and sanitation and although much of my childrens belongings have been contaminated or destroyed by the mice extra space storage reassures me there is nothing they can do to help me.
Extra storage is a rip off. Instead of refunding my money they are saying I owe money. I was with them for two months and for the third month they were planning to double the cost of the storage. Therefore. I decided to move out after paying for my second month. They agreed but refused to refund my money. They are rude and very unprofessional!. This business should not be allowed to exist the way they treat their customers. Other people are moving out for the same reason,
DO NOT use this place. I signed up under a price of $22/month. And I turned on Autopay. Just checked and they started charging me $44/month (double) after three months. I was not told that there would be an increase when I signed the contract, and was never notified of anything since then. This is a SCAM, and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. Extra Space Storage on ************************** *****. The business asks how long you intend to rent for and when you answer a minimum of a year, they give you an internet rate. After three months, I was given a 30-day notice of a 65% rate increase. Given that my 10 x 10 unit is actually 8 1/2 by 9 1/2 ft.... Truly poor. Poor business, poor ethics, poor standards. Should be illegal.
This company called extra space in modesto california on sylvan ave has been stealing from me for months and i did not know it.I went and rented a storage they lied and said id be paying 22 dollars so then ended up chargint me 40 saying oh well theres a mandatory insurance. Ok why didnt they twll me? I let that slide the. I noticed they actually been charging me 70 i called again and they said well we decided to raise the price.. i want my money back and i want it now
My unit at ************************************************ flooded with raw sewage. No help provided. They are still letting people move in. Its a biohazard. People are trying to salvage what they can without masks or gloves. Company putting lives at risk. At least 20 units affected.

i had two storages at this locating at 4343 s Ashland the manager ******** was great to work with, but the building is infested with mice and rats I had droppings all over my furniture and all over my totes and clothes it was all disgusting had to throw everything away including my mattresses this is most definitely a place that someone should never go and put there thing in storage
