Online experience was easy and the store customer service was excellent. The representative was very helpful.
My experience was amazing. Kevin was very informative and his customer service was beyond great. I would highly recommend the Rosenberg location.
Extra Space storage is definitely a place to rent to keep all you things super safe and secure. Everything is super clean, provide carts to bring your things in so you don’t have to carry them. Customer service is awesome, knowledgeable and very friendly. And you can access it all day with your personal code.
Great staff n great experience
Customer service was great. My storage unit was super clean and the bright lighting made moving a lot easier. After looking down the storm drains, it was clear that flooding will not be an issue.
