Spoke with Tony Walker at 9485 LBJ FWY, Dallas 75243 location. His customer service and his honest opinion made it easy for me to choose an inside more expensive unit. Even though my unit is a bit more expensive than what I wanted to pay, every time I go into my unit for something, I'm glad I did. Tony's customer service and his honest opinion will keep me a client until I no longer need a unit, but in all honesty, I'm going to need a larger unit or a second unit in the near future, and I hope to deal with Tony again. Excellent experience when needed a unit quickly. Reserved and picked my unit and paid that night. My movers actually loaded items into the unit with the key already left inside before the office opened. Then the next morning received a follow-up call to confirm all was OK
From the month that I got into extra space storage I was treated with so much kindness. Tony showed me around went over rates and was so courteous in making my introduction amazing. Today I just had the pleasure of speaking with Richard and he is so kind patient and is helping me resolve an issue that I'm so appreciative of. This team has a fabulous work ethic and really cares about the customers. I would recommend 10/10!
I am think about moving some of my things into storage, so I went to extra storage space. I was so amazed by the service i received, Tony Walters is exceptional!!!! This is what you called the highest level of customer service. Thank you Tony.
We have been with this facility for about 2-3 years now. Gated entrance & doors require a code as well for the climate controlled units such as ours. Never had any major issues at this facility that the team/management wasn’t able to resolve with little/no trouble. Of course we understand with rentals there will always be an increase but we were able to re negotiate for a lesser rate with a quick phone call. Treating people like humans gets you far when there’s an issue & Tony made sure to make us feel valued as customers.
