Nora was a pleasure ☺️ She got me checked in directed me to my unit and as always it's beyond a pleasure to work with Extra Space Storage! Best Property Manager so far seeing as I have been at another facility on Jones! Got a precut lock package from an employee super helpful and a cylinder lock as well so I beyond know my stuff is secure! They have package and selling items as well they can handle all your needs! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Robert helped me rent a parking spot and it was a very easy process. After we brought our trailer over, we realized the spot we rented wouldn't work and we were scrambling to find a solution. The manager Nora came by to see what was going on and after finding out what was happening, she called different locations for us to figure something out. Thqnk you, We had a wonderful experience today at Extra Space Storage on Eldridge. The young lady " the manager" was Very Pleasant and a had a wonderful sense of humor. We saw an Online price But when we arrived, we changed it for a GREAT PRICE and the unit we really wanted. Before we knew it and a few jokes and comments, we had a lock, keys, and a contract in hand. I was a customer for several months. I even had to change units once. The staff was nothing short of amazing. They were friendly and very helpful to get me the best price. I truly recommend Extra Space Storage to everyone. I am a returning customer and Nora was and is a blessing. She provided excellent customer service. She deserves a raise and a promotion. Nora allowed me to share my situation. She listened and offered me good sound advice. I again recommend Extra Space Storage and Nora to everyone.
