The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The service is top-notch. I received a very good price for a 5x10 climate-controlled storage space. Two months after I moved my belongings into it, they sent me a notice to adjust my payments, and it doubled! Great facility, but be prepared for your payments to double in a very short time!
Do NOT rent from this storage place!! They don’t inform you they rent month to month ONLY and can raise your bill ANY time they want after 5 months my rent went up 50% without no notification! The guy on phone said yeah we send a post card but you probably didn’t get it cause they didn’t actually send it but they document one was sent on a date in your file ????? Literally told us this on the phone, exact same unit is being advertised for 120.00 less then what they wanted to charge me!! My complaint and question literally th... read more
