I was hesitant at first to use this storage facility based on its location (Rainbow & Lake Mead area) but I stored some stuff here for just over a year with two different locks on my unit and never had a problem. Any time I had to call, the phone was answered promptly and I was never made to wait. The only negative is, my rate was raised by $10 twice in the course of one year. Easy access and the units are cooled. It's my first storage and they had a deal for the 1st month free and all I had to pay for was the lock for $15. My 5x10 is $50 bucks a month. It is located on Rainbow and close to 95.

(URGENT PLEASE READ!!!!!) 1 star because security here is absolute ass. The lock they sell is mediocre and provides minor protection They have no cameras in the hallways which allowed someone enough time to pick my lock and go through my things to steal whatever they wanted But only small items and not my furniture or bike which leads me to 2 theories. They're obviously not hopping the walls because that's the only location that this storage unit has cameras and they can't get in without a gate code so SOMEONE HERE IS PA... read more

Avoid this place. First the place is falling apart. There's multiple colors of paint flaking off in chunks every time you open or close the door. Looks abandon. The code system shuts down early and is so old it has nothing to tell you why it's not working during operating hours. It's in a sketchy area with many sketchy Tenants there. They called, trying to justify the astronomical 27% increase in the space of a year, still claiming "market conditions." One manager said that it'd cost me even more to get my same size unit elsewhere if new. That's a lie. Took me all of 5 minutes on Sparefoot.com to find cheaper storage in the same part of town. Only store your stuff here if you're a fan of getting your rental rate jacked up on a consistent basis.
