I had a great experience at this storage facility. I decided last minute to get a 10x10 unit to store my belongings for one month until I moved into my new rental. I walked in the same day and was greeted by a lovely woman who set me up, explained the promotion they were offering, and then walked me through the building to my storage unit. We had a great experience with extra space storage. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We are especially thankful for the time we didn’t lock up correctly and they let us know. The property is gated also which offers an extra level of security. We would definitely use them again.
It was my first time renting a storage facility, so I didn't really know what to do. Abby was super helpful and friendly as she showed us our unit and answered all of our questions. Very well run place!
I love Extra Space Storage! Super convenient access to well kept facilities. All of the staff I have encountered have been very helpful and friendly. I once accidentally left my lock open and immediately received a call from Frank (Kihei location) letting me know my unit was unsecured, allowing me to take action quickly and secure my belongings. Highly recommend.
Frank was delightful. He explained all of the options available to us. He made our decision to rent a storage unit there very easy. We would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe and secure place to store items.
