I loved coming in speaking to Dontrel. I was a little all over the place, but he made everything very easy even went thru all of the options that would fit me. the facility was very clean and just smelled good. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
I actually transferred from the Lawrenceville location over to Duluth and come to find out the same manager who used to be in Lawrenceville is now over Duluth Dontrel, his customer service is always great, always has a great attitude and very willing to help me with any issues that I have. the moving in process was simple and easy cuz I was in a little bit of a rush and I was able to get in and out without any problems. this facility is so nice and clean. I couldn't ask for anything better to store my stuff in.

Had an amazing experience. Tracey Harris is just wonderful. She gave me all of the information I needed, answered every single question I had and showed me the difference between various units. She was just a ray of sunshine and made the experience extremely worthwhile!
went to rent another unit, and the site manager Tracey went above and beyond for me. she was super helpful and accommodating.
The great service professionally displayed by Tracy. The secure and cleanliness of the facility was a plus. Glad to be a customer.
