Went to find a storage unit at one location and the size I needed wasn’t available so they sent me to their ‘sister location’ around the corner , there I met MsTiffiani! What a gem and asset to this company such class and more than willing to help us! She explained the various unit sizes and showed us around. Tiffani thank you again for all you do ! Get that lady a raise 😊

I ended up getting the wrong storage unit and was assisted in getting a different one to fit my needs. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted me with everything that I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the facility, its hours, and where to park. The facility is clean and prices are great compared to other companies. I would definitely recommend coming here. The staff are energetic, fun, and more than willing to help you out and thats the best part!

My experience at extra space storage was just amazing. They have an amazing staff that’s very helpful and courteous. My phone and in person experience was awesome. The facility is clean and accessible. Thank you. Shout out to Tiffani-Amber. Most amazing and professional person. That location is not what it is without her. She runs an awesome site with perfection. I recommend this location with 10 stars.

Chynell was a such a blessing! She helped me to secure the unit quick and efficiently. In addition to being so courteous and professional, She even went out of her way to make sure the space looked okay in advance of my arrival. She then went the extra mile to notify me that someone else was also interested and helped me to complete the reservation over the phone before my uber arrived. Absolutely the best Storage Unit I have encountered, a great experience for my first time using Storage. Tiffany was an absolute joy to work with the units are clean easily accessible and the 5 x 5 unit is very spacious for my needs. I would recommend Exra space storage place, if you are in need of storage .
