Tyler was exceptional at her job today! I have rented from here several times but she stood out in her friendliness and professionalism. It’s hard to find someone who loves their job in customer service but it was nice to feel appreciated as a customer today! Great job!
Patricia is awesome! Shes always so helpful and pleasant when I come in. Additionally, the place is clean, including the bathrooms. Overall a great place to store your things.
Patricia was great about helping me find the correct space for my storage needs, and she took extra care in answering all of my questions and concerns. The entire process was smooth and completed quickly, which is something I greatly appreciate.
Very friendly and helpful. I don't remember the name of the person I spoke with but she was awesome. I didn’t realize I had to units, as the movers had moved my stuff, which meant 2 different locks & keys, I only had one set of keys for one of the units. She was helpful in assisting me with steps that were needed. Thank you!!!
Tyler did a great job of asking pertinent questions to determine how much property we needed to store, length of time needed, and storage conditions. Tyler went above and beyond to find the most convenient space and proper size for our needs, while ensuring we had the best possible and most affordable price for our budget.
