The location is convenient and the area is spotless. Luke and Chuck are excellent people with wonderful customer service skills. The only flaw I noticed is that the exterior doors are equipped with magnets designed to hold the door open for carts so that a single person can push a loaded cart in a safe manner. The magnetic door holders appear to be non-functional.
Great Storage Company. This location Specifically! The owner was more than accommodating when they failed to go over some important minor details over the phone. He was completely understanding, apologetic and sympathetic despite my irate temperament. 10/10 would highly recommend.
The facility was very clean and the manager on site was knowledgeable about the place. For instance, the storing of an enclosed trailer was being discussed. He suggested measuring the height of the trailer from the ground to its highest point to determine if it would fit. He then showed an actual unit pointing out that although the unit was X-feet, Y-inches high, the maximum height of the trailer was determined by the measured height of its entrance (I.e. Chuck at Extra space storage was so helpful. I had a lot of different things going on. And he was very understanding and made sure I was taken care of. Great experience.
Best customer service. The application process was easy and quick. I submitted an online request for a space and within minutes I received a phone call to set it up. Everything was completed electronically so there’s no need to visit the office in person. Very professional and overall great experience.
