The people here are very helpful and great customer service
I went there twice since my move in and I had no problems accessing my unit. The time of 6:am to 10pm is also very convenient and if I give notice of moving out before my moving date I can also be prorated which is awesome. Climate control is also another plus factor.
My initial experience of the property and staff were good. The staff was informative and polite, showed me where my unit was, also where the facilities were on the property. The property is also monitored by security cameras and police. The property was immaculate, my unit was also very clean and dry. Each unit is lined with firewall protection so if a fire breaks out it doesn't travel from one unit to the next. Overall first impressions were good, and I am happy with our choice.

When I called to reserve a place for my boat they told me what paper work I needed. When the day came to pick up my boat and bring it to Extra Space Storage it rained and we could not pick up the boat. They called me and told me it was not a problem and asked when was the next date we were to pick up! I told them and they said it was not a problem the space would be here! Very polite and understanding.
