When I called to reserve a place for my boat they told me what paper work I needed. When the day came to pick up my boat and bring it to Extra Space Storage it rained and we could not pick up the boat. They called me and told me it was not a problem and asked when was the next date we were to pick up! I told them and they said it was not a problem the space would be here! Very polite and understanding.
Very professional and courteous service from the phone and then in person!!! Location manager Rhonda was the best!!!!
