Okay first I have to be honest, I am not renting here. It's not them, it's me. Change of plans. But the manager at this store rocks. I caught her in the parking lot, it was hot and gross but she didn't pressure me to go inside or "look over options", a big plus, she offered the comfort of ac but didn't car sales me. Maria was awesome. She was helpful, answered all my questions and was very patient. The storage facility is super clean and security is top notch. The prices are the best I found in the area.
unbelievable i have rented from this place for over a year and i am moving out and guess what !! the elevators to the second floor which of course is where im rented are broken !!! only way i can get my things out is to carry them down a flight of stairs !! i asked when they will be fixed feb 24 th over a month !! part is on back order . you woukd think that a place like this would have extra parts for when the elevators do break down what the h...... my unit rent has gone up from 65.00 to 85.00 in a year and no access t... read more

As a recent college grad looking to store extra apartment items, I was very optimistic about using extra space storage. The option to have a climate controlled unit was great! Although it's not air conditioned/ super cold per se, it is much better than having an outdoor unit in the Texas heat! However, I have to say I'm disappointed in the experience I've had with my monthly rate. After only having the unit for 3 months, they have doubled the price I was originally paying per month! Since Extra Space Storage took over the units customer service and amenities have gone downhill. They are more interested in saving money then serving their customers. Air conditioning is turned on at a minimum level during the summer. Now they have padlocked the dumpster unit and require you to call the manager to access it which is ridiculous! They have reduced the number of times the dumpster is emptied each week. I and several other service companies who utilize the storage on a daily basis this is unacceptable.
