Veronica was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Nothing was too much for her as she was helping 2 clients at a time. Office was neat and clean. They offer 24 hour access which I found very helpful. I would recommend this place.
The The front desk lady was very sweet. She helped me out with all the things that I needed and she was trying to get me interested into getting a thank you and I just forgot my receipt and she just brought it out here. How nice of her and I didn’t get a storage unit today, but I might come back because it is a very nice clean front desk and front office area. I didn’t see any of the storage units so I don’t know how clean they are, but if it’s any resemblance from the front office, not sure it’s very clean.
I had an amazing experience with Veronica. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and my needs were met. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly. I felt valued as a customer, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
My experience with Veronica was AMAZING . She cheerful with great attitude. She took me directly to my unit. She was professional and patient with me. There was no miscommunication what so ever. She is GREAT!! And customer service was amazing and made me feel comfortable and I know I chose a great storage. I give her over 5 star if I can she’s is GREAT. Thank you so much Veronica.
Today was an Emergency and Veronica helped me out and even when we hit a Hick-up on the storage. She right of way moved us to a different one and got us Taken Care of. Thank You Veronica for your Exceptional Customer Service
