I’m going into my 3rd month of rental with Extra Space Storage and it has been a great experience from day 1! The personnel, Marshall and William have been courteous, friendly, helpful and professional.

Marshall was extremely helpful and patient. He explained all options and took time to go through each one, and made an otherwise upsetting event pleasant to deal with. It’s refreshing to deal with people who show a genuine caring spirit, and are knowledgeable without giving the customer the run around. He cannot be thanked enough. The storage facility was nice and clean and the lighting was great. It’s the only storage I would recommend to my family and friends. Great customer service!!!
