Bob and Kristal were massive helps when it came time for me to switch units from Public storage. They were absolutely incredible, super friendly, and ran me through all their daily protocols making me feel safe with my unit being there. Thank you Bob and Kristal! Bob was super helpful while we were trying to get into our unit and the lock would not cooperate. He was kind enough to cut it off and provide us with a new one. He was very friendly and professional. The facility is super clean and rolling carts are available by the elevator for assistance with getting things in and out of the building. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of storage.
