Staff was polite, informed, and prepared. Was in and out way faster than I thought it would take to get an account setup. Property is secure and the active promotion was also a huge plus. Service couldn’t have been any better. Thank you for making it simple!
Customer service was very helpful and respectful. Paula the girl working at the front desk was more than cooperative with me and just had an amazing spirit. She was so friendly and easy to talk to.
Paula was great so sweet nice smile !!! She was very welcoming! Made me feel warm and comfortable . And the other lady mellisa they were great ! Excellent customer service will be buying another unit in the future if need be !!
I had an issue while trying to rent a unit through the kiosk outside. The problem being Sunday the office is closed and I needed to go into the office to first access my unit. A none starter. I canceled the rental and was called immediately on Monday to try and discuss the refund but I was busy and couldn't talk. Then again the next day the office reached out again and we were able to close the rental. Melissa helped me when I came in to the facility and to see about a unit. She was very helpful and personable, we laughed and she made me feel very welcomed. I would rent here just for the good customer service!!
