We have been using the Bonita Springs location for about 6 months. During that time one of the elevators has been inoperable to the highest floor. I did bring this issue up, to the at that time manager, but nothing was done and anyone trying to use the elevator was simply inconvenienced. Recently however we have a new manager called Star assisted by another woman named Ann. Excellent ability to access, however... The narrowness of the space from one drive up storage to the storage across is barely enough to allow two cars to fit in order to pass by. This makes it difficult to load/unload and not block others from accessing their units.
I needed a storage unit because I moved to FL & needed to store a few things while I'm looking for a place to live. I went on-line & found a great rate. I also called to see if there were any "in person" deals. The on-line state was the best offer, & I just had to visit the office to finish the payment process. Very easy & convenient!
