Wonderful experience!!! Raul and Gustavo have been amazing during my time renting a storage unit from their location. I would 100% recommend this facility over any other!!! The location is perfect- it easy to get into and I never had an issue with entering my unit. The office is always available for questions or concerns. The units are all very clean! Raul and Gustavo have the best customer service with phone call reminders on payments. THANK YOU!!!
They are super easy to use with their digital wallet to enter/exit facility. The facility is really clean. Additional shout out to Oliver who made my check out process so simple. He also showed immense concern and called me when I left my unit unlocked and called me about it. Would recommend
I came in to inquire about a storage space for business use, Oliver greeted me with great enthusiasm and a friendly smile. He was very helpful every step of the way, giving me a tour and walking me through all my options!
I have rented several ExtraSpace units and parking spaces over the years for my business. All have been good experiences. Raul at Burke goes out of his way to help customers. He is very professional and accommodating. I sincerely hope he stays at this location.
