Extra Space Place had delightful customer service but they could have had better pricing. They have fixed rates and I just needed to rent storage for three months but there was no flexibility. I had a 26-foot boat and it would have been more convenient to have outdoor storage as well.
I stored at Extra Space Place for about a year or so. I didn't have any problems with the facility while I was there. There was only one lady in the office, but she was very nice. I also liked that the facility offered 24-hour access.
