So far I've had nothing but good experiences with this Ashburn location. It's nicely laid out, clean, quiet, & Ahmad & Christopher have been very accommodating. This is still my first month using the facility, but I'm satisfied thus far.
Needed a storage unit and misjudged the size needed. Ahmad took the time to tour us through the facility and show us different units. He was super informative and patient all with a sense of humor. Facility is well kept, clean, and secure. Highly recommend!
I initially went online to reserve a space and Ahmad called me immediately to go over questions and concerns. I was in processing of moving and didn’t have time to talk and he set up a time to give me a call back. Once we got moved Ahmad called me and we were able to get everything set up! My husband and I came in and he was friendly, personable and knowledgeable with helping us pick out the right unit for our needs. He made our experience worth it.
So far so good. I signed up online since they were running a sale but Brian call very quickly after to answer any questions I had and to let me know how things worked. The whole facility is very neat and clean and it feels very secure. It has been an easy and pleasant experience for me so far.
The storage is very new, nice, and clean. We were very impressed with Chris’ customer service and assistance. It’s been our best experience out of all storages we’ve dealt with. He also recommended his reference for all our needs and suggested the best benefits. Strongly recommend this storage!! Thank you, Chris!
