Great customer service and unit was as-described. Very satisfied!
The manager was great and very informative. The space is very nice and conveniently located. I would say the it’s a bit pricey compared to other places around the Hsv area and the hours customers are able to access could be better.
Lester was the best and the prices were good. Haven't used the unit yet.
Extra storage place was great. The customer service provided couldn’t have been any better. Very friendly and provided the best information for my needs.
The store had great customer service, they were responsive and made sure I had access within the time frame I needed (due to a big move). I found the facility clean, temperature controlled, and it feels secure.
The service was excellent. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable for all myb needs. The place was extremely clean. I did not see even 1 bug!!! Dead or alive!!! The price was fair and even lower than their competitor. I highly suggest this location.
The staff have been great to work with, answering all of my questions and helping us while we were in-between a move and a new home construction.

This is a high quality and safe storage facility. Exceptionally clean and everything is in good working condition. The staff I had the pleasure of working with was friendly and helpful! I will use ExtraSpace for all of my storage needs!
