Very professional, courteous and highly trained staff. The units are clean and they personalize your experience by having it ready with your name upon arrival. They also provide a lock for you. I was extremely impressed!

The customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and explain the process. The staff also, explained the size of the storage unit to ensure the space chosen meet my needs.

Excellent communication with the front desk, they take time to go through all the options and locations. I did not feel rushed. The facility is clean, so far very happy with the experience.

The location is great. Building and unit access are ideal. Building has carts which definitely came in handy. Building is always clean, well lighted (inside & out) and air conditioned. All employees we interacted with the past few months both locally via phone and in-person and nonlocally via phone were courteous, polite, professional, patient and helpful explaining our options. Highly recommend.
