From my first phone call inquiring about renting a unit to the ease of actually renting over the phone, every step was easy. (I was thrilled to get the last unit in the size I needed) When I went a few days later to check out the unit and its location and purchase a lock, the employee, Jason, was pleasant and helpful, showing how to set the lock to my combination of my choice and pointed out my unit to me. After meeting with the friendly staff, I was given a quick tour of the facility and I was pleased to find it exceptionally clean and easily accessible. I began to move some items in within a couple of days. It is a great storage space for me.
